WITH THIS OPTION YOU WILL UNDERGO A FULL BODY ASSESSMENT THEN BASED ON THIS ASSESSMENT, AS WELL AS YOUR GOALS AND HEALTH HISTORY, YOUR HEALTH COACH WILL DESIGN AN INDIVIDUALIZED 6 WEEK WORKOUT PROGRAM. YOU WILL MEET WITH YOUR COACH OVER 2 ONE HOUR TEACHING SESSIONS THAT ENSURE YOUR PROGRAM AS WELL AS YOUR LIFESTYLE ALTERATIONS ARE A PERFECT FIT. YOU WILL WALK AWAY WITH A FULLY DOCUMENTED PROGRAM. YOUR PROGRAM WILL HAVE LINKS TO VIDEOS OF EACH EXERCISE WHICH YOU CAN FOLLOW FOR THE NEXT 6 WEEKS.
